Born and raised in Hong Kong - of Canadian and Cantonese heritage - Monica Langlois Ng developed a passion for textiles and surface design while studying illustration at the Edinburgh College of Art. Core to the values and aesthetic of her self-titled brand, is an attention to detail, technical finesse, and hand craftsmanship. 

Inspired by the beautiful intricacies of the natural world, each piece is a celebration of original hand drawn artwork. Featuring combinations of biro line work, watercolour washes, gouache paint strokes, each illustration is masterfully illustrated and composed. Handcraft, and traditionally drawn art is fundamental and exists at the heart of every Monica Langlois Ng piece.
